Mergers & Acquisitions

Deal Flow:

We provide services for private and public companies to inform them of strategic and financial M&A opportunities.

Knowing who is buying, who is interested in selling, what opportunities are out there and who is looking for them and turning that into value-added information to act on is what we do.  Through our network of business owners, associates, intermediaries and executives we constantly mine for that information and deliver to our clients those opportunities that fit what they are looking for.

Matchmaking:

Key strategic or financial acquisitions can be an integral part of a clients business plan.  Sometimes these are the foundation for broadening market base, strengthening business through integration of vertical markets and/or a platform for entering a new market.  Our ability to understand a client’s need enable us to find the right opportunities for them.
